Adukalam Naren has two daughters out of which the elder daughter is raped by 5 people while returning home due to examination. Since rapists are a big place, the government is taking action against it. So they encounter a nd kill 5 innocent youths who know nothing. Knowing that this is not true, the parents of these teenagers are pr otesting. Due to this, law and order is affected. For this, Varalakshmi Sarathkumar is appointed as a special offi cer to investigate the case to find out the true situation of the case.
