Movie Review-
Samudhirakani, a disabled father, earns by running a pay toilet in the slums of Chennai. Playing the role of his ou rth-grader son who has lost his mother, flight is love for Dhruv. The story is about how far Samuthirakani will go to fulfill her son’s wish, Dhruvan, who enjoys watching the planes fly while standing in the airport compound wit hout eating or sleeping, dreams of flying and becoming a pilot, and what price she will pay for it! Samuthirakani shines as the affectionate poor father.
On screen, he has portrayed poor fathers who struggle every day for their family, such as doing a toll booth busi ness honestly, taking their son with them in a disabled vehicle, and fighting for their son.Master Dhruvan is an av iation lover who understands his father’s hardships and studies. He has done what is needed for the story even though he acted with a bit of sentimentality. He is attracted to the places where he enjoys watching the plane. A nusuya’s character and charisma are unnecessary padding in a film based on father-son affection. Mottai Rajen dran-Rahul Ramakrishna’s comedy instead of laughs evokes bitterness and anger.
Charan Arjun’s music beats boredom.Especially the background music gives the feeling of watching a serial and i s agonizing. Meera Jasmin comes and goes in the film in the honorary role.Too much sadnessIt is commendable th at Samuthirakani, a differently-abled person, who is oppressed in various ways such as caste, class, and physical ly, has shown the hardships on screen. But they put all the problems of the world on Samudrakani’s head and dro wn us in sadness. It seems that the director has taken a vow that he will not let the audience who watches the fil m cry… Sokam Dathumpa is better than the classic sad Tamil cinema, Thulabharam!
The sequence of the film is predictable from start to finish. As the film oscillates with an already boring story wit hout any interest in the screenplay, the plane stays on the ground instead of rising up.Veeraya Samuthirak hani is a disabled person. His wife dies after the birth of his son King Dhruvan. So the full responsibility of raising the so n falls on him as a father. But the simple complex inherited is his livelihood and his life for his son who is with him. But Raju has been crazy about airplanes since childhood.
Even the desire to get on a plane someday. He talks about the plane whenever he sees it. After learning that Raju has blood cancer, Veeraya decides to board the plane at any cost. What happened after that? Will Veeraya be ab le to make his son fall in love with him? Why does Veeraiah go to jail? In Veeraya’s life, the prostitute Sumati An asuya Bharadwaj, the cobbler Rahul Ramakrishna and the auto driver Daniel Dhanraj play key roles in the life of Basti, but you have to watch the movie to find out.
