Movie Review -:

Director Vetimaaran has carved each ch a racter well. The turning point of the sc reenplay was when the character Tamil, who went midway in the first part, gave an entry in the second part and gave eve ryone a shock.

While Suri carried this story in the first part, in the second part Vetrimaran mak es him travel entirely with Vijay Sethup athi’s character. He has beautifully show n what power can do against oppressed people and how a man can change when he gets power.

Are they working under the command o f the police authority? Or working for pe ople, the decision taken by Suri’s charac ter was fantastic. Ken Karunas’ life form s the starting point for Vathiyar’s path, even if he only appears in the film for a few minutes.

Similarly, Kishor who directed Vijay Set hupathi, Manju Warrier who stood shou ulder to shoulder as his wife, DA who wa s there and the comrades who followed the philosophy was an expression of rev olution in the screenplay. But, Vijay Seth upathi’s Flashback Potion has some conf usion. It may have been taken for grant ed. Otherwise everyone goes along with the script.

Vetrimaran is amazing in terms of scree nplay, dialogue and direction. Director V ethimaran has recorded a strong opinio n about the leaders who fought for the p eople, but killed themselves without the knowledge of the people, in the film Vid uthllai 2. It makes a huge impact after w atching the movie.

Musician Ilayaraja’s songs are the stren gth of the film. Cinematography by Velr aj is another level. Specializing in editin g. But the dubbing is lost at some places. The characters lip sync, the dialogues ar e inconsistent at some points.
