Vadakupati Ramaswami movie Review
In the 70s, a vampire was roaming around in a town called Vadhakpatti, and one day the vampire fell on the land belonging to Santhanam.
A thief steals a pot there and people worship it as Sami. Santhanam, who has no faith in God, has a pot on his land, so he earns money by building a temple there.
After that, the head of the village thinks that he can earn money in the temple with the help of Santhanam, but Santhanam refuses, then he makes some tricks and closes the temple, then the village is united and the temple is opened.
Santhanam, who always fills the entire film with counter verses, has played a subdued role in this, while Maran and Seshu, who accompany him, mix a little extra.
Especially the pranks of Seshu Maran, who goes all the way to Chennai to spread the disease in Madras to the people of the town, make the group laugh.
Megha Akash comes and goes in the film every now and then as if she gave a kalshit once every 10 days.
John Vijay and Ravi Maria, who are shown as two big villains in the film, seem to know nothing, they have taken stupid things as a comedy, and for that, they have shown themselves to be stupid, well, you should not watch the comedy movie logic.
There should not be a fight inside the town, if it does, the temple will not be opened. They have tried to give an entertaining film as much as possible by putting comedy scenes here and there in the interesting story of an alliance to create a riot and an alliance to suppress it. But, it is a pity that it was just an attempt.
If a film is based on superstition, people should get clarity in some way in the climax, they have spoken 4 verses with MS Bhaskar in the name and they have again ended that superstition as if they are leading people in the world, it could have been shown as faith, not as superstition.
