University of Southampton Delhi select s Gurgaon’s International Tech Park for the home of its modern campus in India
Set within 60 acres of land inside the Te ch Park, the new campus will house bes t-in-class facilities to foster innovation, creative thinking and collaboration
Chennai, 11th December, 2024: Univer sity of Southampton Delhi has announc ed International Tech Park, Gurgaon, a s the location of its state-of-the-art camp us. Set to be completed by April 2025 w ith the first intake of students starting in August 2025, the new campus will bring world-class education, research and ent erprise opportunities to India through t he excellent facilities offered at Internat ional Tech Park. The campus will offer se veral key benefits for students including a dedicated student hub, social and colla boration areas, a large library, private st udy spaces, IT labs and training suites. O ne other striking feature will be the ded dicated research space that is aimed at promoting academic and student collab oration.

“The campus’s futuristic design will fost er creativity and collaboration, with faci lities that promote both academic excell ence and student wellbeing. “This envir onment will empower students to not o nly receive world-class education but al so gain the practical skills and industry c onnections needed to excel in their care ers.”The new campus will implement the University of Southampton’s prestigious triple helix model, which combines educ ation, research, and industry collaborati on. This exciting opportunity represents the first chance to study in India with a world top 100 UK Russell Group univer sity. Students will graduate with the sam e degree at University of Southampton Delhi as they will do when studying the same degree in the UK.
University of Southampton Delhi will st art by offering undergraduate program mes in Computer Science, Business Man agement, Economics, Accounts and Fina nce, as well as postgraduate programme s in International Management and Fina nce. The University will expand its portf olio every year by adding new and emer ging programmes.More details on stude nt accommodation will be unveiled soon.
The International Tech Park provides st udents with access to fitness centres, fo od halls, table tennis zones, and sports f acilities including basketball and tennis courts, with a cricket pitch under develo pment. Nearby amenities include golf co urses, football grounds, and equestrian c entres, further enhancing the overall student experience.
