TRAINING COMMAND CHIEF AIR MARSHAL RD MATHUR VISITS AIR FORCE STATION, AVADI
Air Marshal RD Mathur Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Training Command, IAF visited Air Force Station, Avadi on 02 Mar 21.
During his visit, the Air Marshal was briefed by the Air Officer Commanding on all maintenance and training activities being conducted at the station. During his interaction with the air warriors, he stressed upon the pr oactive role of instructors in moulding young trainees into trained professionals capable of independently handling new generation vehicles. He urged the personnel to maintain a steep learning curve and develop the habit of continuous learning so as to be relevant, effective and operational.
The Air Marshal complimented the station personnel on maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and expressed his satisfaction over the improvement in quality of life of personnel at the station. He also visited the domestic facilities to take stock of the messing and living conditions.
