Through this, the school administration will be able to do all the necessary tasks including their requirement,
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has created an e-Harkara portal to communicate with schools and solve their problems. Through this, the school administration will be able to do all the necessary tasks including their requirement, affiliation and any kind of communication. For this, there will be no need to email schools any longer. The board has clarified that schools will be heard from September 1 through the e-Harkara portal.
CBSE says that CBSE is now going to be completely paperless for every kind of correspondence and exchange of information from schools. Now through this portal, schools will be able to send all their complaints, applications, information and suggestions etc. to the concerned departments and regional offices.
As per the directive issued by CBSE Secretary Anurag Tripathi to the school principals, the board has already done all the activities related to accreditation, examination and academics etc. The system that was left has also been completely online during lockdown. After this, all kinds of complaints and applications were sent through the school paper and email.
Portal
board will be able to open with ID and password. All schools will be provided with ID password to use this portal. Schools will be able to use this portal through them. This will send their applica tions and complaints to the responsible officials of the concerned department. Till now no complaints have been received for not taking any action on applications or complaints. The main reason for this has been that correspondence or emails could be sent anywhere by the schools, which did not reach the concerned officials.
Schools welcomed welcome
Jyoti Arora, Principal of Mount Abu Public School, Rohini, told that this is a welcome move. The way we are moving towards Digital India, this is a great step in that direction. Jyoti Arora, a member of the Governing Body of CBSE, says that earlier there was a problem of which department to write for any need, but now the relevant department will get the information through this portal.
