New Delhi. The Supreme Court on Friday will consider a review petition filed on the issue of delay in NEET and JEE examination. The hearing will be conducted by the judges in the chamber. Last month, 6 states of the country had moved the Supreme Court seeking a review of their order allowing the Center to conduct NEET and JEE entrance exams in September. These states include Punjab, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra.
The petition filed through advocate Sunil Fernandes stated that the Supreme Court order of 17 August “failed to secure the safety and right to life of the students / candidates appearing for NEET / JEE examination.
