Our Approach
We personally visited villages and citie s, interacted over thousands of students and conducted more than 500 classes.
– We do not charge fees for meditation, nor do we encourage the formation of tr usts, communities, followers or devotee groups.
– 2 or 3 students are welcome to offer m eals for practising meditation with us. O ne of our mission is that 400 people mus t be benefited by the help of 4 people.
