The Bharatanatyam Arangetram
The Bharatanatyam Arangetram of Ms. Shreeya Prakash was held at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan on Saturday. Disciple of Guru Smt. Vimmi B Eswar, the Arangetram was organised under the aegis of Antara Institute of Performing Arts, Dubai. Padma Sri Kalaimaamani Dr. Nalli Kuppuswami Chettiar was the Distinguished Guest on the occasion, while Prof. Shri. Dr. Raghuraman Pulavar, Associate Professor in Tamil, A.M.Jain College, Meenambakkam was the Chief Guest. Natyakala Choodamani Smt. Sridevi Ramachandran, Director, Sri Ganapathy Natyalaya, and Kalaimamani Smt. Bharati Shobana Ramesh, were Special Guests. Mr. Prakash, and Ms. Poorna Prakash, parents of Ms. Shreeya were also present.
