Story-;
Akalya (Aishwarya Rajesh) is an ordinary family girl who works in a jeweller’s shop. He gets a car as a bumper gi ft for the jewelry he bought. Agalya’s mute sister Thenmozhi (Lakshami Priya) takes the car one day and goes on a night trip with her future husband. Then he unexpectedly beats someone up. They take the body involved in t he accident and keep it in the trunk of the car. The next day, Akalya’s brother Durai (Karunakaran) fights saying that he got the gift because he used the coupon for the jewelry he bought and therefore the car belongs to him.
The matter goes to the police station, they ask Durai to show the receipt of purchase of the jewelry and take the car. The car with the dead body is parked at the police station. Agalya’s family comes to know about this and th ey are struggling to somehow remove the car from the police station.Apart from them, Akalya’s brother Durai also hatches various schemes with his machan to steal the car. Who got that car in the end? What happened to the dead body in the car? The rest of the story answers such questions as a comedy.

The heroine Aishwarya Rajesh gets a car as a gift. The screenplay is about what happens after the car arrives at h er house. The beginning of the film seems wrong. If a gift falls to a person working in a company, how can the com pany give that gift to him. The rule is to give to the public. There are many subplots, none of which are enjoyable. The title of the film has nothing to do with the story of the film. In the comedy scenes, there is hatred instead of l aughter. All in all Soppana Sundari is Sothappal Sundari. Soppana Sundari did not shine. Literary comed y.Heroin e subject films are very rare in Tamil cinema. Sobna Sundari, starring Aishwarya Rajesh and directed by S. G. Char les, belongs to this category.A famous gold jeweler asks their jewelery buyers to give them a coupon to complet e. It selects these coupons in groups and decides to give prizes.
According to this, a girl named Akaliya (Aishwarya Rajesh) gets a car worth ten lakhs as a gift.Agalya’s family hap pily accepts this. But Agalya’s brother (Karuna) who married against the house claims that I am the one who bou ght the jewel in the shop. My brother did not buy the jewelry. Agalya finds out that he has bought it for someone else.He also finds the receipt of purchase of jewelry. The problem goes all the way to the police station. Both sid es try to make the car their own by doing various jobs. At the end, the director tells with a bit of humor who will own the car.The director can be praised for telling about the prize and the problems behind it.The first half of the film moves at a fast pace. But the second half is a little less exciting. Although there are many logical violations in the film, we forget them with comedy.The background music refuses to add strength to the story.
Balamurugan – Vignesh Rajagopalan’s cinematography and Ravipandian’s art direction show the story enviro n ment well.Aishwarya Rajesh reminds us of the late actress Sujatha in acting and choice of character. Shows a st ruggling girl from a marginalized family. Lakshmi Priya is understandably doing a lot of homework in a non-ve rbal role. Kingsley comes in the same comedy scenes in all the films and it’s good to change it. Sunil Reddy, who plays the role of an inspector, plays a bad police officer that we hate.Soppana Sundari would have enthr alled us if she had enriched the beautiful one line of the film with a perfect screenplay and sweet music. Soppana Sundari – Modest Sundari. Jaswarya Rajesh is forced to take care of her mother, disabled sister and bedridden father af ter her brother abandons her. He is working in a jewelery shop there.
The owner of the jewelery shop decides to give a prize to the customers who buy the most jewellery.Jaswarya R ajesh gets a car worth Rs.10 lakh as the first prize. Jaswarya Rajesh and his family, who are on the borderline of poverty, will be very happy to get this car as a gift. Jaswarya Rajesh decides to give the car to her sister, who is u nable to speak, and get married.Jaswarya Rajesh’s brother Karunakaran says that the car belongs to me. This pr oblem goes to the police station as well. Whether Jaswarya Rajeshuki gets that car in the end or not is the rest of the story of the film.One word Kaundamani Anne says in the movie Karakatakkaran is this Soppana Sundari that we will never forget that comedy. In the same way, director Charles has tried to give the entire film a lively feel b y keeping a car with that name.Jaswarya Rajesh is the biggest strength of the film.
Although it is a very ordinary story, Jaswarya Rajesh has acted as a very ordinary woman as it suits the story and has lived that role. Jaswarya Rajesh has acted well in all the action scenes and emotions in the film.Actress Lak s hmi Priya and Deepa know their roles well and add strength to the film’s success. Especially all the scenes they d o together with Jaswarya Rajesh make you laugh and enjoy.Mime Gopi, Karunakaran and Sunil Kumar, who plays the role of a police officer, have all performed well. All the songs in the film are not enjoyable in any way, the bac kground music is the same.Although it is a simple story, the director SG Charles has made the film enjoyable by c arrying the screenplay briskly. His earlier release Lockup has some twist at the end of the film and something we didn’t expect makes the film more enjoyable.
