Ramco Systems wins Two awards at the 2020 ISG Paragon Awards™ Asia Pacific
For Enabling Digital Transformation at Cobham Aviation Services
And ERP Transformation of Norske Skog Australasia
Chennai, INDIA / Melbourne, AUSTRALIA – August 19, 2020 – Global enterprise software provider, Ramco Systems announced today that it has won the ‘Transformation’ Award with Cobham Aviation Services for delivering digital transformation and the ‘Collaboration‘ Award with Norske Skog Australasia for enabling ERP transformation at the 2020 ISG Paragon Awards, APAC.
The Paragon Awards were established by ISG (Information Services Group), a leading global advisory firm, to celebrate and promote relationships within the sourcing community that have demonstrated high-performance leadership and best practices in the sourcing and service management fields. Ramco had earlier won the 2018 Paragon Awards for Imagination along with Viadux Pty Limited for their joint digital transformation project as well as the 2015 Paragon Awards for Innovation along with NorskeSkog Australasia for its Cloud ERP integrated with Asset Management implementation.
This year, two of Ramco’s client projects were recognized and awarded.
Cobham Aviation Services, a leading aviation solution provider, successfully implemented a three-phase transformation program with Ramco Systems, first performing engineering transformation and financial transformation before moving on to the current and perpetual phase of digital transformation. Cobham Aviation Services and Ramco Systems reached the digital transformation stage in 24 months, performing a cultural transformation that spanned across geographies and aligned People, Processes and Technology more closely with the business vision. Cobham went live with the entire solution across Australia, in 11 locations, with 54 Maintenance Centres. Today, it manages 50+ aircrafts, 78000+ parts, 70+ warehouses, 3000+ suppliers; and an average of 3500 daily transactions, on Ramco Aviation application.
Norske Skog Australasia, the leading producer of newsprint and magazine paper in ANZ, successfully collaborated with Ramco Systems to transform its ERP system over a period of five years. The transformation resulted in several exceptional business outcomes for Norske Skog Australasia, such as reduction of operating costs, reduction of invoice processing time, and seamless integration of acquired businesses into the cloud ERP platform without any capex, with both teams accomplishing with zero disruption.
