Story-;
The story of ‘Prince’ is very simple and has already been stated by the movie team several times. Anbu (Sivakart hikeyan) is a carefree, cool-headed social science teacher in a small town near the Cuddalore-Pondicherry bor der. Anbu’s father Ulaganathan (Sathyaraj) is the grandson of a freedom fighter and a patriotic, revolutionary and progressive man who wants his son to have an inter caste or inter-religion marriage. Anbu falls in love with his new colleague Jessica (Maria), an English teacher and a British woman. While Anbu faces a problem when he finds out Maria’s father doesn’t like Indian people, he also faces opposition from his townspeople as they don’t approve of an Indian marrying a British due to their patriotism. Did Anbu and Maria succeed in their love sur pa ssing all these hurdles is what Prince is all about. Anbarsan, a secondary school Social teacher in Pondicherry, fa lls in love with Jessica, a British woman who comes to teach English in the same school. Their cultural differences and strong opposition from people in their town lead to a comedy of errors and misfortunes.

Anbu (Sivakarthikeyan) is being ostracized by the village for a ‘mistake.’ His father Ulaganathan (Sathyaraj) also agrees with the villagers and gets ready to disown his son. Now comes the flashback. Anbu, who is irregular as a school teacher, goes to school regularly because of a British woman, Jessica (Maria Ryaboshapka). She joins the institution as a teacher. He eventually falls in love with her. While he thinks his father will say yes to their marr i age, he says no for a reason. Ulaganathan’s father died in the freedom fight against the Britishers. How will Anbu convince his father and his father-in-law forms the story. Sivakarthikeyan starrer Prince released today. Let’s se e how this film is doing, which has been released amid much anticipation. Directed by Telugu director Anudeep, it stars Tamil actors Sivakarthikeyan, Sathyaraj, Premji Amaran and Ukrainian actress Maria.
Sathyaraj thinks that his heirs should have a love marriage. But resists the love of his heirs. Director Anudeep has tried to tell why in the background of comedy. Love blossoms between the heroine, who lives in a British village near Pondicherry, and a young man from Devanakotta. What prevented it? The film ends with whether they are successful in love.Sivakarthikeyan has chosen this film in his usual formula of love and comedy. But this time his decision will make some to admire and some to criticize.Most of the comedic scenes in the Prince movie are hard to reach. Also the visuals are less interesting. A major weakness of the film is that director Anudeep’s comic thinking and Sivakarthikeyan’s commercial formula thinking are mixed in Prince.Sivakarthikeyan,
Sathyaraj and Maria are all scoring in this film. Likewise, Prince is different from Premji, who plays the villain to the hero, but the scenes are not entertaining. Even though he is a comic villain, in many places it makes you think of Enna.The cinematography and music of this film are well done. They would have been noticed more if the film had been interesting.A few films have already been released about the romance between an Indian boy and a Bri tish girl. To differentiate this film from those films, director Anudeep has thought of handling different comedy and visual settings in his style. But he got stuck somewhere.A lot of films have been released on the same story and became successful. That’s because the way those films are made is different from other films and made to be enjoyable.
But Prince’s story and fruit, and the attempt to film it, did not reach the fans in the right way.Sivakarthikeyan’s final releases Doctor and Don were successful. Thus Prince tried to score a hat-trick with the film. But the ball has fallen on the middle stick. Looking at the first half of Prince, it seems that this is a festive film. It is a movie that can be enjoyed with the family. This is the Anudeep incident. He mentioned that the second half has also started well. the film is about to end at the end of the first half. No story. Nothing new. There the comedy is worked out. But most places test the patience. Visuals are good. Sivakarthikeyan Actting that he is super , the first half of Prince’s screenplay is not correct. Lots of talk but no theme. The only good thing about this movie is Thaman’s music.
I have seen Jaathi Ratnalu and it is a good movie. But Prince has posted that so far he has not met my expectati ons.On another note, the first half of Prince is fun. One gets an experience of watching Sivakarthikeyan seen in Rajinimurugan’s movies like the unrepentant youth club without any sentiment. SK has followed Anudeep’s ma nnerism in many places. Prince’s first half is average, and it’s just Grinch com ed ies. Some of it is worked out, some of it is sothappi. Heroine Maria is very beautiful. Sathyaraj – Sivakarthik eyan combo is good to watch. The songs are average. As for the first half of Prince, Sivakarthikeyan’s intro is superb. His dance performance in Pimbiliki Philapi and Jessica song is amazing. A lot of online comedies have worked out of Andeep’s comedies. Maria’s looks and her Tamil are cute.
Sivakarthikeyan’s performance in the first half of Prince is superb. Thaman’s songs and background score are another level. A film about the land issue. The comedy part is good, the love part is good. Prince is about more than Doctor Who and Don films.
