 Chennai, 11th March 2021: Palladium Chennai hosted an exclusive master class themed ‘Back to Roots’ by ren owned celebrity Chef Vicky Ratnani on Friday, 12th March. Recognized for his mind-blowing recipes and disti nguished presentation, Vicky Ratnani was awarded the best Indian Chef in 2015. His wit and charm engaged the participants into making some of the finest cuisines from around the globe by adding a local touch to them.

The cooking master class spanned for a duration of two hours through quirky interactions and active engagem ent with the participants. The former Executive Chef of MS Queen Victoria indulged the participants by teac hing different versions of popular classic dishes with a native twist.

The award-winning Master Chef introduced his special Pearl barley & Black Rice Khichdi with Chilli Broccoli during the session and shared various secret tips to enhance the taste. The healthy and colourful dish was a delicacy th at stole the limelight during the class. The evening was concluded with the Chef’s favourite preparation of Bann ana Strawberry Foster as he whipped it up using seasonal fruits like strawberry and banana.
