VELAMMAL GOES VIRTUAL TO CELEBRATE FOUNDER’S DAY
Keeping in with its tradition, Velammal Nexus Schools celebrated Founder’s day on 4th November, 2020 virtuall y at the Velammal Nexus YouTube channel to celebrate the legacy and success of their Chairman.
Founder’s day was celebrated with fervour, zest and enthusiasm to mark the birthday of Shri M V Muthura malingam, the Founder and Chairman of Velammal Educational Institutions.
The evening culminated with a memorable tribute song contri bu ted by the faculty, which was a moment of pride. The portrait of this towering personality was unveiled which was followed by a documentary on his growth and contribution for the upliftment of education.As a part of this celebration, Velammal Vidyalaya, Poonamallee, organised welfare schemes for the blind people. The program continued with an inspiring speech by their beloved Chairman. The evening ended with gracious wishes from Senior Principal Smt. Jayanthi Rajagopalan, administrators and faculty.
