Story-;
A devotee who joins a party with loyalty to that leader and works sincerely and loses his life, is also affected by the same party leader. It is the sad story of many hardworking political activists who work all the time for the party and the people instead of home, wife and people. But the rest of the film tells the story of Thontan, who is waiting with a dream that one day a time will come for us too, without getting bored and without getting tired, and we will get a new way and light will be born in life.

But Saravanan, the hero of the movie Katchikkaran, is a devotee who is waiting with a dream that one day a time will come for us too, a new way will come, and light will be born in life.Saravanan, the hero of this film, works wit h complete loyalty for his adorable boss. He is involved in three things: putting up posters, making flags, making postures, raising slogans, recruiting people for meetings and organizing festivals.He does not even hesitate to pa wn his wife’s thali when he does not have the money to pay for all this.He works day and night like this. Apprecia ting his hard work, he gets an opportunity to contest the election as a councillor. But at the last minute a person who switched parties from the opposition is given that opportunity.He who was cheated thinking that his dream was shattered did not get tired and left.
When he thought about it, he gradually became aware. His wife Anjali also makes him think. She says something should be done against the cheaters.So Saravanan, a true philanthropist, seeks justice from the cheated leader a nd fights. Due to the intimidation of the politicians, he stands firm even if those who came to him are dissuade d. This partisan character is alienated from us and does not appear as something else. The character reminds us of the innocent volunteers who roam the streets from town to town for the party before our eyes.It seems to the vi ewers that this Saravanan is one of them.So we can easily associate ourselves with the character. Vijith Sarav an an who played this role has written the color of the village soil and his innocent face and Velanthi character fits him beautifully in the role.
Shweta Darathi, who plays his wife Anjali, fits perfectly as the wife of the innocent party worker. He shows the st ruggle of middle class life and worries on his face. The face and appearance of that village is elegant. Great beaut y, acting.Shiv Senadhipati, who is coming as the leader of the People’s Party, has shown a normal performance. A ppugutty, who comes as his assistant, has also done his part well. Denali, who comes as the hero’s friend, speaks long lines and brings laughs here and there with his antics.Is it fair to expect returns when investing in anything?Don’t you invest money in bank, stock market, financial institutions and expect money to grow with interest?Similarly, volunteers put their trust in politicians and invest their labor. This film asks whether the charity that invests in such a way does not need a justification.
Not only that, the film also questions the indifference of these politicians towards the volunteers, the hostility to wards the people, flying the flag in corruption and forming alliances with the opposite parties to earn money. It a lso creates awareness.There are many lines in it that many big heroes hesitate to say.Volunteers who get cheate d should ask questions. The film says that they should get justice for their labor.There are only two song sequen c es in the film, the duet song ‘Sengurichchi Chinna Ponnu Sirichale’ brings the beauty of the village in front of the eyes. The music is also appropriate. Another song ‘Katchikkaran Katchikkaran’ says that he is a question-beggin g party member.The strength of the film is the bold dialogues, but a film cannot be completed with only dialogu es.
