Indo Cine Appreciation Foundation, Instituto Cervantes in New Delhi and Consulate of Spain in Chennai Presents: Spanish Film Festival at Avichi College of Arts & Science
Chennai, June 23, 2024 – The Indo Cine Appreciation Foundation (ICAF) is delighted to announce a three-day Spanish Film Festival, taking place at the AVM Auditorium in Avichi College of Arts & Science, Virugambakkam, Chennai. The festival will be held on the 22nd, 23rd, and 24th of June 2024, commencing each day at 4:00 p.m.
The festival was inaugurated by Mr. Sivan Kannan, President of ICAF, in the presence of Mr. AVM. K. Shanmugam, General Secretary of ICAF. The evening’s highlight was the presence of the esteemed cine actress, Ms. Namitha, who graced the event as the Chief Guest.
The festival kicked off with the screening of the critically acclaimed film “La Caja 507” (Box 507). Over the next two days, the audience will be treated to a selection of remarkable Spanish films, including:
• “Las 13 Rosas” (13 Roses)
• “7 vírgenes” (7 Virgins)
• “15 años y un día” (15 Years and One Day)
• “Caótica Ana” (Chaotic Ana)
Please note that entry to the festival is restricted to individuals aged 18 years and above.
