Movie Review-;

Agilan na Jayam Ravi is working as a servant and crane operator of Harish Peredi, a grandfather who illegally hi des prohibited goods in shipping containers and smuggles them from Chennai port to the world. Jayam Ravi’s go al is to somehow meet Kapoor, the international godfather of this illegal smuggling, and to destroy Harish Baradi and become the sole king of the Indian Ocean. The film answers questions such as whether that dream has been fulfilled and what is his real goal. Jayam Ravi is fitting as Agilan . Rugged, intelligent, well-intentioned, and at the same time not so outwardly known, he has done the job of his character sketch flawlessly.

Harish Berdi, Harish Uthman and Chirag Jani, the three opposites to the hero have done their job well. Above all, Chirag Johnny stands out as an honest police officer. Tarun Arora, who is portrayed as the main villain, comes up with scenes to count on fingers. Priya Bhavanishankar and Tanya Rajendran are the two heroines only for peopl e. They have no impact on the story.  After the huge success of Ponni’s Selvan, Jayam Ravi’s film Akhilan is relea sing as the solo hero. Jayam Ravi, who has given this film with the same team after the success of Phoologam, has received the same reception he received in his previous film or not?

Jayam Ravi, who is working as a crane operator at Chennai port and is involved in various smuggling activities, plans to meet Kapoor, the leader of this smuggling mafia. At one point Prasani meets Kapoor and steps into the field to complete a huge assignment he gives her. Chief constable of the port and DIA officer Chirag Jani comes to prevent this. Did Jayam successfully complete the assignment given by Ravi Kapoor despite this obstacle? Isn ‘t it? What is the reason for Jayam Ravi to engage in these smuggling activities? Director Kalyana Krishnan, who was well-received among the people by showing the boxing culture of the North Chennai area in a very natural way through the film Bhoologam .

Has once again gained attention by giving the incidents happening around the harbor as a story with a good mes sage to be enjoyed in the film.Akveru has never seen a port so far in any film in Tamil cinema. Director Kalyana Kr ishnan has given the feeling of looking around a port of that size for two and a half hours through this film. Not only in the visuals but also in the screenplay, even though you can guess what will happen next, he has given it a very thrilling and interesting to enjoy, and he has got a pass mark and added to the film. The first half moves th rough step-by-step visual setups that briskly set up the on-screen story and bring the audience to the edge of the seat.

Although there are some speed bumps in the second half, the film ends with complete scenes in the last part and gives a thriller movie with a good message.Jayam Ravi, who has been entertaining the fans with his character aft er film, has changed into the character of Akilan from North Chennai in this film. His body composition and spee ch delivery bring life to the character of Akhilan. Jayam Ravi has once again received applause for his realistic pe rformance in scene after scene. Priya Bhavani Shankar who comes as a regular heroine has left with a regular pe rformance.

He doesn’t have much work in the film. He has done what he can in the time given to him and left. Tania Ravicha nder, who plays the role of another heroine, is memorable even though she comes for a short time. Chirag John ny’s menacing performance as an intelligent officer is a strong side of the film. Jayam Ravi’s acting is well comp ensated by his dashing looks and classy dialogue delivery. There is a chance to see him in more police roles in the future. Harish Perodi, who plays a minor villain in the film, has shown his usual villainy.

Hindi actor Tarun Arora, who will play the villain Kapoor, has completed the task given to him. Madhusudhanan, who plays the role of union leader Jananathan, has gained attention after acting in a memorable way, even thou gh he only appeared in a few scenes. The actors who played Jayam Ravi’s friends and minions in the film have gi ven excellent contribution and taken the film to another level.In Vivek Anand’s cinematography, the related pla ces like sea, ship and harbor have been well displayed in many English and he has taken two and a half hours to the harbor and shown around and left.

His exquisite cinematography and excellent visual settings have become another hero of the film. As usual, the m usic director Sam C.S. has torn the ears of the audience with noisy background music. Although there is only one song in the film, it did not stick in my mind.  Director Kalyana Krishnan, who showed the politics surrounding the punch fight in Bhoologam, clearly and vividly explained the corruption in the harbor and the re asons for the in crease in the prices caused by the cargo ships. Director Kalyana Krishnan has once again given a hit film with Agilan, focusing more on the screenplay than the story.
