Grand Symphony of Music on display by Officers Training Academy Band on the 75th Republic Day Celebrations at Phoenix Marketcity

Chennai, January 25,2024 – Phoenix Marketcity, one of the premium malls in Chennai is proud to announce a special musical performance by the esteemed and dynamic team of Officers Training Academy (OTA) on the occasion of India’s 75th Republic Day on 26th January 2024 from 6:00 pm onwards. The event scheduled for January 26th (Friday), promises to inspire patriotic fervour, and showcase of musical performance for people to witness and make a very memorable evening remembering the gallantry acts of our war heroes, jawans by saluting the spirit and dedication of our Indian Armed Forces.
The Officers Training Academy military band is a musical unit in the Indian Armed Forces based in Chennai. The band was established in 1973 from an amalgamation of musicians from various regiments in the Indian Army. The band has since been involved in boosting the morale and supporting officer cadets during their training at OTA. It has participated in passing out parades, symphonic concerts and national military parades. It also performs locally in neighbourhoods such as St. Thomas Mount.
Following the patriotic musical event, the central atrium premises of the mall will feature live performances starting 6:00pm onwards Oon both days by NSK Ramya on the 28th of January (Saturday) and Aarohana on the 29th of January (Sunday). The performances which will be open to all will enthrall the crowds in large numbers with popular melodies and dance tracks by the two renowned artists.
