Chennai, 22nd March 2022: One of the biggest Holi parties in the city was presented by Extase – Resto-Bar from Ramada Plaza Wyndham in Guindy, Chennai this weekend! With the pandemic dampening the festive spirit for the past two years with all the restrictions and regulations, the third edition of ‘Holi Hai’ offered Dhols, Rain da nce and non-stop Bollywood music by popular DJs of the city as part of the celebration. The ‘Festival of Colors’ was an occasion that Chennaiites celebrate with full fervor and passion, and this year was no exception.
Commenting on this, Mr. Sandeep Bhatnagar – Chief Operating Officer, Ramada Plaza Chennai said, “we were excited to bring the spirit of spring and the festivity to Chennai with “Holihai!” and the response from the party-celebrants was fantabulous. The pandemic made us celebrate virtually last years, but this time we ensured the service and the items on the menu with a taste of finer yet local street food experience, the open air set up with lot of colours and fun element. “Holi Hai!” party at the Extase Resto-Bar was unique to its enriching Holi spirit by bringing the color and cheer with music, drinks, and food. The specially curated menu consisted of scrumptious delicacies like Deena ki chat, 80 ghat ki thandai, Marina ka nariyal pani, Madurai ka kari dosa, Purani Dilli Ke Dahi Bhalle, Ice gola, Holi Theka (the fine mocktail selection), Kolkata Ke Pakoda, Hyderabad Biryani and much more. The extensive menu boast ed of vegetarian & non-vegetarian appetizers to sinfully delicious desserts like Gujarati jalebi, Rabri & Thandai. When it comes to the entertainment part “Holi Hai!” had 6 renowned DJs from the city to take you through the complete journey of festivity and give a premium feel of holi. The rain dance was a hit of all the time which was loved by all our guests and created a memory which can never be erased. Additionally, the party also had all the signature Holi activities in place for its audience.
