DIL RAJA TAMIL MOVIE REVIEW
Actor Vijay Sathya, who is a huge fan of actor Rajinikanth, is living happily with his wife and daughter. Returning from a family outing to celebrate their daughter’s birthday, an unexpected problem catches up with them.
Vijay Satya’s security measures to escape from it cause huge problems not only for him but also for his family. Thus, how does Vijay Satya, who is running on the one hand with the villain group and the other side with the police chasing him, live with his family… or die…!, how will he recover from it? It is ‘Dil Raja’ that says it commercially and as a thriller.
Director A. Venkatesh has directed it after a long gap but he has sidestepped his strong commercial formula and delivered not only an entertaining film but also a thriller experience.
Vijay Sathya, who is playing the hero, looks like an action hero with a height of six feet and a six-pack body. He gets into huge trouble due to an unexpected incident and struggles to escape from it. He scores in the scenes where he deals with the tense situation around him without showing it on his face.
Sherin, who plays Vijay Satya’s wife, is not a heroine who is used only for songs but a heroine who travels with the script.
A. Venkatesh, who plays the role of a minister as a villain, threatens without fanfare. Fans are disappointed that Vanitha Vijayakumar, who plays his wife, does not have as much work as expected.
Samyukta, who is playing a police officer, forgets her khaki shirt uniform and crawls so attractively that she admires him.
Some of the satirical dialogues of Vijay TV Bala, who plays the hero’s friend, are laughable. The scenes of Iman Annachi countering him were not taken that much.
People who have played other roles like Ku.Gnanasambandam, Ammu, Lollu Saba Manohar, Veenes, Ranganathan, Mookkutty Murugan, Thanikaivel have done the job of showing their faces.
Cinematographer Mano V. Narayana’s camera has shot the chase scenes fast, the song scenes colorful and the action scenes sharp.
Music by Amreesh, lyrics by Nellai Jayanthan and Kalikumar are all Akmark commercial features. The background music has traveled in a way that compensates for the pace of the screenplay.
Despite being a typical action commercial film, cinematographer Suresh Ars has composed the scenes in a leaner manner and keeps the entire film moving with excitement and anticipation.
Director A.Venkatesh, who is one of the directors who can handle the story and the protagonist in a way that appeals to the people, despite setting the screenplay with his usual action commercial formula, adds an extra element of thriller to it and moves the film interestingly.
Director A. Venkatesh, who moves the film fast and briskly by telling the problem of the hero, how the hero and his family got stuck in it, and their struggle to recover from it, has given a complete action thriller experience that will satisfy the commercial fans.
MOVIE RATING: 2/5.
