Consulate General of Russia in Tamil Nadu organized the panel discussion on “India-Russia special and privileged strategic partnership” in connection with the Russian President Mr Vladimir Putin’s recent visit to India. A magazine on the papers presented the panel was released during the event by Mr. Oleg Avdeev, Consul General of the Russian Federation in South India, and was received by Amb. M. Consulate General of Russia in Tamil Nadu conducted a panel discussion titled ‘India-Russia special and privileged Strategic Partnership’ marking the visit to India by Russian President, Mr Vladimir Putin.
The discussion which took place today (8th December 2021) at Russian House, Chennai, saw the participation of eminent speakers and dignitaries including,

The panel discussion highlighted the long-standing friendship between Russia and India, as well as the importance of strengthening strategic partnerships in order to safeguard the sovereignty of both Nations in a constantly changing political environment. The all-weather partnership and diplomacy between these two great nations is a great success story in world politics.
