Standing true to its philosophy, Colors Tamil continues to produce shows that enrich the cultural values of Tamil Nadu. This will be a great start to the new year, instilling a sense of spirituality among audiences.”
Dr R Ganesh added, “Being both a Carnatic mu sician as well as a Bhajan singer, I believe that Carnatic music emanated from Bhajans and light music from Carnatic music. Saint Tyagaraja, who is a great Carnatic music exponent, is a classic example for the evolution of Bhajan. It gives me great joy to be a part of Bhajan Samraat, a wonderful platform that will redefine the devotional genre. As a judge, I look forward to witnessing some incredible talents in the state.”
Speaking about her association with the show, Mahathi said, “It’s an absolute delight to be part of Colors Tamil and bring to our audiences a unique devotional reality show – Bhajan Samraat.
