The Rakshā Initiative is a step-by-step set of guidelines, following WHO, Ministry of Health, Government of In dia, and State Government standards, starting from the booking process and arriving at the resort, right up to departure. Before confirming a booking, guests are requested to provide critical pre-arrival information, includ ing details of recent domestic and international travel history, medical history, and details of travel to the resort, including planned stops en route. Once confirmed, guests will be provided the link to the Rakshā Initiative guid elines, describing all policies and protocols practiced at the resort concerning COVID-19. All resort associates have been trained to implement the Rakshā Initiative guidelines and are equipped to ensure every individual’s safety at the property.
