ARANMANAI 4 TAMIL MOVIE REVIEW
Sundar C’s younger sister Tamanna falls in love and marries without her family’s consent and lives in isolation. After 10 years, Tamannaah’s life, who is living happily in the palace with her husband, son and daughter, turns upside down. When Tamannaah and her husband die suddenly, the news comes to Sundar C.
On hearing the news of his sister’s death, Sundar C comes to town and feels that there is something mysterious about his sister’s death.
What happened in the town after Tamannaah’s death and the background of this is the rest of the story of the film. Although Sundar C’s performance is not strong, he has set the tone as a director. Instead of fighting with the usual revenge story, he has changed the story with a new thing called Baak and made the screenplay interesting.
Even if the film contains some things that have already been seen, it is still enjoyable. A few unnecessary comedic scenes drag the screenplay down. But the comedy in the pre-climax scene is hilarious.
A few logic mistakes, if fixed, the film would have been even stronger. The plus point of the film is the way in which the horror scenes have been designed well. Tamannaah is carrying the entire film on her shoulders. He impressed everyone with his emotional scenes.
Sundar C has blasted the critics saying that the film is glamorous. Even though Rashi Khanna doesn’t have the scope of Tamannaah, actress Rashi has played her role perfectly.
Though the comedy scenes falter at some places, the performances of Kowai Sarala, Yogi Babu and VTV Ganesh are spot on. The biggest strength of the film is the background score. Hip Hop Adi has scored a frenzy on it. VFX adds strength to the film.
Also, the cinematography and editing are both super which made the film look grand. The climax scene in particular was menacing in Sundar C style. Simran and Khushboo’s dance is one side and the clash between villain and hero is another level. And the sets for it are huge.
