In the beginning of the story while working for the hero’s father, he is unexpectedly beaten up and goes to his de ath bed, Samuthirakani fights hard to save him, Samuthirakani quits her job for her father and works as a securi ty guard.After many days, Samuthirakani’s father-in-law says that he can kill him by the method of beheading. T he method of beheading is that if you rub oil on your body and then drink fresh water, you will die within a few hours. This is the method of beheading. But Samuthirakani refuses and struggles to save his father somehow, did Samuthirakani save his father’s life? or not And the reason why the hero’s father is holding on to his life is that h is last wish to somehow see the girl he fell in love with at a young age before he dies has also been fulfilled? or n ot That is the rest of the story of the film…

Private Company Security Samudhirakani. His wife was Vasundara. The couple has a daughter. Samudhirakani’s old father was on his deathbed with them. All live in the same house. Samuthirakani’s father appears as a burden to everyone. In that village, the elderly are killed in a head-on manner. Similarly, wife Vasundhara and her family plan to kill Samudhirakani’s father as well. But Samuthirakani refuses to consent to the unjust killing of Basath’s father. Without his wife’s knowledge, he mortgages the house bond and spends on his father. Samudrakani’s len der plans to sell the house and take the money. Vasundhara, who had already raised a fuss with Samuthirakani citing her father as the reason, fights more when she finds out about the loan. Was Samudhirakani able to convi nce his wife and start a family? Did the father of the swinging mermaid survive?

Samuthirakani, Ka thir, Vasundhara, Vayapuri, Murugadoss, Kathanandhi, Kalache lvan have acted in the main roles in the movie Th alikkuthal.Construction worker Samuthirakani’s father Kalac helvan is left unconscious and unable to walk due to an accident, so he leaves his job to take care of him and wo rks as a security guard at a private ATM bank and lives with his wife Vasundhara and daughter. Samuthirakani’s wife Vasundhara works in a matchbox factory and supports the family as she takes a loan for her father’s medic al expenses and is unable to pay the interest. His wife Vasundhara and her family force Samudhirakani to assass inate his ailing father.
Not agreeing to this at all, Samuthirakani stubbornly looks at her father. When the lender tries to sell the house with the deed, Samuthirakani and Vasundhara get into a fight and Vasundhara goes to her parents’ house. What did Samuthirakani decide after that? Did he consent to beheading his father? Did Samuthirakani and Vasundara live together? That is the heart-wrenching climax. Samuthirakani as a loving son, working for his father, struggli ng to deal with problems in the family, when his father opens his eyes, he is happy and throws a party in town, pl eads with the creditor, and in the climax scene, he buries his father in the ground and stands alone in places wh ere he is heartbroken because of his inability. He sticks in his mind.
Vasundhara in the lead role takes care of her father-in-law in some moments as affection and in some moments as a burden and forces her to fight and argue with her husband to make a decision. She has done a great job play ing the role of a daughter and has made her think and listen to the questions asked.Kathir chases after his girlfri end Kathanandi in the childhood appearance of his father Kalachelvan, falls in love, gets married and is separate d by his parents at some questionable places. Beloved Bengali actress Kathanandi through her eyes. He has com pleted his role with a smile and charming beauty. In the final scene, he is shown alive with his legs exposed, leav ing it to be guessed what happened to him after he left Kadira.Kalaichelvan has played the role of the bedridden father very patiently and naturally.
The way he recollects his childhood love memories into each incident and is unable to do anything knowing what is going on, gives his answer with eye movement is beautiful.Vaiyapuri as a priestess, Aadukalam Murugadoss as a friend who runs away from the village with no child, and not only important roles but also talkative characters in this film.Kannan Narayanan’s music in Yugabharathi songs and the background music are mind-blowing, matc hing the scenes of the film.Cinematographer Martin Tanraj is amazing in capturing village practices and happen ings in front of our eyes and effectively giving all the angles.Danny Charles completes the compilation.The meth od of beheading has already been displayed in two films called Karupudurai and Param. The ritual of euthanasia of the elderly is said to be practiced even today in some villages in Tamil Nadu, with a focus on the rituals of killi ng the elderly, mixed with romantic memories and family sentiments.
