Director Karthik Subbaraj’s Stone Bench production, ‘Perusu’ is directed by Ilango Ram and stars Vaibhav, Sunil, Bala Saravanan, Reddy Kingsley, Niharika and many others.
It will be released in theaters on March 14. Its trailer launch was held today.
Producer Karthikeyan Santhanam said, “‘Perusu’ is the film that came when we were waiting to see what we could do even bigger after ‘Jigardanda Double X’. Thanks to Ilango for that. This is the 16th film of Stone Bench Productions. When it comes to adult films, films in India target certain things. But in Western countries, they take it in an interesting and non-offensive way. We have broken these things down and brought them to life in the film ‘Perusu’. We have given a new angle to the subject of adult. Thanks to Ilango and the team for making this possible. Writer Balaji said, “This is my first film as a writer in films. I have written in web series before. Even though it is an adult comedy, we have carefully written the story so that no one who watches it should frown. I am sure you all will like it.”
