Story-:
The story takes place in the year 1999. Parthiban (RJ Balaji), who runs a small food shop on a platform with his moth er in North Chennai, tries to get a bank loan to expand his shop. Shanmugam, a government official who is his regul ar client, helps Partipan. When he falls in love with a girl named Revathi and is about to get married, suddenly the o fficer is killed by some mysterious per sons. Arresting Parthiban as the reaso n for this murder, he is arrested and i mprisoned. Knowing that Sika is the re ason why he came to jail, Parthiban is unable to resist Sika and the cruelty of the prison chases him further. Rowdy Sika (Selvaragavan), who has sole con trol over the entire prison, wants to es cape and live. But the newly arrived po lice officer Sunil (Sharasaf U Deen) wa nts to disable Sika for nothing. On the other hand, when Kendrick (Samuel R obinson), a Nigerian prisoner, dies in s olitary confinement, he clashes with r owdy Sika police officer Sunil. In this case; Riots break out in the prison whe n rowdy Sika is killed by the machinat ions of prison officer Sunil, who takes advantage of Parthiban’s predicament. Ismail starts investigating the notorio us rowdy inmate Sika and the jail supe rintendent Sunil. In the investigation, prison police officer Kattabomman (Ka runas), Parthiban, and many others te stify in their view. In a completely different dimension, R J Balaji in the character of Parthiban, e xpresses all the expressions of frustra ation, helplessness, etc. through body Language.
Selvaraghavan has done justice to the character of Rowdy Sika.Karunas,Natt y, Balaji Sakthivel, Sharbuddin, Hakee m Shahjahan, Sania Ayyappan, Samuel Abiola Robinson, Ravi Raghavendra, A nthony Dasan, writer Shobha Sakthi,M aurish, all the actors have given strong performances in their own style and sc ored.
The contribution of all the technical ex perts has made the fans travel along W ith the story by adding vibrancy to the scary screenplay.
In the 1999 riots at the Central Jail in C hennai, many police officers, rioters a nd prisoners were killed. Director Sidd harth Vishwanath has made the screen play with everything necessary for a fa ntasy thriller based on the riots and cr eated it as a lively work.
