Indo Cine Appreciation Foundation’s (ICAF’s) Chennai International Film Festival (CIFF) Signs MoU with Ethiraj College for Women Chennai
Chennai, October 8, 2024: The Indo Cine Appreciation Foundation’s (ICAF’s) Chennai International Film Festival, Chennai, and Ethiraj College for Women have signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at 9:30 AM today in the Ethiraj College premises. This partnership aims to promote and enhance film education and appreciation among students through various initiatives.
The MoU was signed by Mr. AVM K. Shanmugam, General Secretary and Festival Director of ICAF/CIFF and Thiru. V.M. Muralidharan, Chairman of Ethiraj College, and, in the presence of Dr. S. Uma Gowrie, Principal, and Secretary, Ms. M. Vijaya, Vice-Principal (Aided), Mr. S. Prakash, Treasurer of ICAF and Ms. Abhinaya. G, Executive Committee Member, ICAF, marked the beginning of a collaboration that will provide students with exposure to the art and culture of cinema through film screenings, workshops, guest lectures, and film festivals hosted in collaboration with Chennai International Film Festival.
