Disney+ Hotstar to Stream Hotstar Specials ‘Goli Soda Rising’ from September 13
India’s leading streaming platform Disney+ Hotstar has now released a trailer of its much-awaited Hotstar Specials, ‘Goli Soda Rising’ and officially announced it will be streaming on September 13, this year.
The trailer of the series, which has added to the excitement of audiences, shows the characters of four boys, around whom the films from the “Goli Soda” franchise revolved, returning to set up an eatery in a truck in the new market. This time around, the boys, who have now grown into smart young men, intend to own a shop instead of running their business on rented space.
The trailer also shows actor and director Cheran playing an ex-convict while actor Shaam is seen appearing as the head of a notorious gang of thugs. Pugazh of Cooku With Comali fame plays a gangster character in this thrilling series.
Produced by Ramesh Krishnamoorthy and created by Vijay Milton, the series will feature the series will feature actors Shaam, Abirami, Ramya Nambeesan, Pugazh, Cheran, R K Vijay Murugan, Avanthika Mishra, Bharath Sreeni, Kishore, Pandi, Udhaya Raj, Murugesh, Kutty Mani, Ammu Abhirami, Seetha, Swetha, Sujatha, Imman Annachi, John Mahendran and Madhusudhanan Rao among others.
The upcoming series, which has huge expectations riding on it, features songs by S N Arungiri. It has background score by Simon K King and editing by National Award winning editor Praveen K L.
This Hotstar Specials will release in 7 Languages (Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali and Marathi)
