Ramraj Cotton Chairman Mr. K R. Nag arajan Donates ₹25 Lakhs and compa ny’s brand ambassador actor Mr. Jaya ram donates ₹5 Lakhs to Wayanad Dis tress Relief funds to Chief Minister Mr. Pinarayi Vijayan
Tamil Nadu, 4th August,2024: Staying committed to social causes, Ramraj Co tton’s chairman, Mr. K R Nagarajan, do nated a cheque worth ₹25 lakhs to the Kerala Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund (CMDRF). Alongside him, the co mpany’s brand ambassador, actor Mr. Jayaram, contributed ₹5 lakhs. The do nations were handed over to Kerala C hief Minister Mr. Pinarayi Vijayan in T hrissur on August 4th. The funds are I ntended to support the victims of the recent landslides that devastated the regions of Mundakkai, Chooralmala, a nd Meppadi in Wayanad.
In addition to the monetary donation, Ramraj Cotton will also distribute dho tis and shirts worth ₹ 25 lakhs with bra nd ambassador Jayaram leading the in itiative. Jayaram will personally visit t he affected areas and distribute the dh otis to local families affected by the re cent landslides. This initiative is part of a larger effort by the company to pr ovide immediate relief to those impac ted by the recent landslides.

It is de eply meaningful for me to visit the aff ected areas in person, meet the victim s, and offer our support directly. Our hearts and prayers are with the people of Wayanad, and we remain steadfast in our support during this di fficult time.”
