TAMILNADU NCC DIRECTORATE GETS SILVER MEDAL
IN ALL-INDIA SHOOTING COMPET ITI ON
Karnataka & Goa NCC Directorate emer ged victorious in the Inter-Directorate S ports Shooting Competition (IDSSC) for the year 2024. NCC Directorates across India competed in the annual event held at Tiruchirapalli, conducted by the NCC Directorate of Tamilnadu Pondicherry & Andaman Nicobar.
The week-long competition was conclu ded with a fanfare to day. 300 NCC Cad ets from 17 NCC Dire ctorates participa ted in the event. Win ning three Gold, th ree Silver and three Bronze medals, Kar nataka & Goa NCC D irectorate topped the medal tally. The hosts Tamilnadu ca me as the Runners up with three Gold, one Silver and three Br onze medals. Od isha Directorate secure d the third pos ition winning one Gold an d one Silver.
