Story-;
Arjun, Alex and Ananya have been friends since childhood. In this Arjun and Ananya fall in love. Arjun’s dream is to become a model. Even though he does all the work for his sister’s marriage, he is unwilling to fulfill his ambiti on. Meanwhile, he happily travels to Chennai to receive a call from a modeling training agency. There, the agency manager Austin recruits Arjun for training. After that he is forced to deal with many problems, objections and co mpromises to enter the modeling industry. Alex and Ananya come to the agency to see Arjun in Chennai.
But after sending Ananya to the hotel room, who is unable to see Arjun, Alex goes in to see Arjun somehow. The next morning, Arjun and Austin are found dead, while Alex is fighting for her life. They save him and admit him to the hospital. Inspector Ajmal is assigned to investigate these murders. In his intense investigation, he learns start ling information about Arjun and Austin. What happened to the modeling practice? What secret information did Ajmal know? Why was Arjun killed? What is Austin’s true face? What is the reason for the murder? Did Alex sur vive? Did you take revenge on those who killed your friend? That is the rest of the story of the film.

Aspiring to make it in the modeling industry, Vignesh Bhaskar is found murdered in a star hotel within months of getting that chance. Beside him, Riyash Khan, the owner of the hotel, is also found murdered. The story revolves around how Vamsi Krishna, the police officer who investigates the case, finds out the background of the murder and the killer and why they were killed. Vamsi Krishna, who played the role of a villain, has played an important role as a police officer. Even though he is not wearing khaki, he has elegantly portrayed the majesty of the police in his performance as a special officer.
The director of the film, Dinesh Kalaichelvan, who plays the role of Alex, has not acted to prove himself as an ac tor, but has only given what the character needs and has added strength to the film.Vignesh Bhaskar, who pl ays the lead role, portrays the life of a youth who aspires to the modeling industry and travels towards destruction .Gayatri Rema, who has been playing Trisha in small budget films, has handled her heroine role perfectly as usua l.Riyaz Khan, who plays the owner of a star hotel, has performed admirably in a different role. Not only his role but also his experienced performance adds strength to the script.
Shadows Ravi, Sams, Sanjana Singh and other actors in the film have also performed flawlessly.Manas Babu’s ci nematography is simple yet travels well with the story. Praveen Kumar’s music has songs and background musi c.Written and directed by Dinesh Kalachelvan, the film has been written and directed as an attempt to tell the outside world about the dangers hidden in the illusory world of modeling. Director Dinesh Kalachelvan has told many interesting things about male modeling that have not been told before in the film.
Director Dinesh Kalaichelvan, who has boldly displayed the dark sides of an industry, has not made a screenplay based only on information about it, but has given it a complete commercial film including friendship and love in the crime thriller genre.Although there are some flaws in the film, the story told is new and the film is enjoyable. In the film, Vamsi Krishna performs well as Inspector Ajmal, Vignesh Bhaskar as victimized model Arjun, Dinesh Kalaiselvan as his friend Alex, Riyaz Khan as the contrasting villain Austin, Shadows Ravi, Gayatri Rema as girlf riend Ananya, Sanjana Singh as modeling entrepreneur, Sams have done a great job.
A Praveen Kumar has composed the music for the film. Manas Babu’s cinematography is also integral to the Gopi Krishna cinematography.The plot of the film revolves around Arjun, who is a victim model. While aware of the pr oblems women face in the modeling industry, the film sheds light on the exploitation faced by male models inte rested in the glamor industry and falling into traps that lead to prostitution, drugs and other illegal activities.
A film that shows how a career in modeling can turn into hell if you go down some wrong path. Director Dinesh K alaiselvan has given as much light as possible to the tender romances, friendships and conflicts in the modeling world, highlighting the dark aspects of navigating the world of illusions and ultimately disappointment, and has sounded a warning bell for talented people entering it.All in all, Rakathan, produced by MAG Bhaskar and Rani H enry Samuel under Marutham Productions, is the epitome of the male modeling industry.
