Story-;

After the movie Lathi, the movie Regina starring actress Sunaina in the lead role. This film is directed by Domin de Silva who directed the Malayalam movies ‘Pippin Swathile Pranayam’ and ‘Star’. Satish has composed the mu sic for this film. Ritu Mandira, Anand Nag, Bhava Chelathurai, Sai Deena, Niwas Adithan and Vivek Prasanna are playing the lead roles. Earlier, the posters and trailer of Sunaina as a revolutionary woman in the film were relea sed and aroused the interest of Tamil cinema fans. In this case, let’s see whether this film fulfilled or tested the ex pectations of Tamil fans. The doors of the police station are slammed against Regina, a destitute woman who los es her loving husband, despite her demands for justice. The rest of the story is what decisions Regina makes in th is situation and what are the consequences. They have thought to make the story that we are tired of seeing in Tamil cinema be woman-centered and revolutionary.. but the results are the opposite!

Movie Review-;

Regina’s father is a gay activist and some people kill him in front of Regina’s eyes. Regina, who is unable to recov er from the trauma, falls in love after many years, then they both get married and live happily, Regina’s husband works in a bank. One day, an unknown gang steals the money from the bank and shoots Regina’s husband while leaving. Regina, driven to irreparable grief, plans to take revenge on those who shot her husband, did Regina get revenge as planned? Or stuck with them? That is the rest of the story of the film…This film is directed by director Domin De Silva.

After seeing Sunaina in the action avatar after a long time in the posters and trailers, it is a huge disappointment if you go to the film and get excited! Sunaina has added justice to the emotional scenes she tried. But they have t ried to impose Sunaina by fighting in the role of a revolutionary girl, a rock star. Better luck Sunaina!Directors sh ould give Bhava Chelladurai some time off from such roles in Tamil cinema. Actress Ritu Mantra of Malayalam Bi gg Boss fame has almost a similar role.Malayalam director Domin D Selva’s first Tamil film. But the feeling of wat ching a Malayalam movie surpasses it.

The film goes from a masculinist point of view by saying that it is a female-centric film. Satish’s music does not im press the songs, the background music along with the unintelligible screenplay is sleepy. The film begins with Re gina crying out for justice against her husband’s killers and wanders aimlessly. They make us tired of not know in g what they are trying to say and where the film is going until the break. Also, Regina’s shoulder mates, transse x uals, are all supremely artificial. On top of this, Sunaina is making fans laugh by speaking punchy dialogues like l ions and tigers! All in all, they made me feel like a mediocre movie that I have seen before.

Regina – Disappointed! It is a cinematic ideology that those who understand that a film does not need a lead hero when a good story is the hero, do not run in search of heroes. Let’s see if this film featuring the heroine proves th e above statement. Those who work for society will definitely not do any good for their own life. Such a social ac tivist lives with her 10-year-old daughter when she is attacked and killed by unidentified assailants. The heroine of the story is the baby girl who grows up in the embrace of her companion. That is, our Sunaina aka Regina. It als o gets a test at puberty when he chooses his partner and renews his life.

The film revolves around Sunaina’s husband, who works in a bank, and Regina’s decision to get killed by bank ro bbers. Sunaina’s character fit is very good for the story of an action revenge thriller. At five and three-quarter fe et tall, Sunines is as flat as a skinned sugarcane. “If I come to you for help, go out by yourself…where will I go..?” S unaina’s kingdom in the film is Sunaina’s kingdom, starting from her pitiful asking of the police, to her return as a tigress who goes and kills unapproachable villains within their fort. It’s thrilling when the action episode ends an d a new field begins at Varkala beach in Kerala.

They introduce another Arabian horse as the boss of a beach hotel where Sunaina is a waitress in trendy clothes . He is Ritu Mantra. Ritu is seen as another tapioca statue in exchange for this sugarcane. For a while we don’t get et Sunaina’s motive for getting close to Ritu while her husband is in jail. Sunaina looked at Ritu Mandira and said, “You are very beautiful..!” As she lays him on the bed and kisses him on the shoulder, clinging to Panch and Panc h, nervous about the fire on the screen, the imminent danger takes a turn when Ritu’s husband returns from jail. Niwas Adithan as Ritu’s husband.

It is a pity that Niwas Adithan, who is built like a horse named Rithu, falls in love with Sunaina and turns into a d ance horse that dances to her commands. The introduction of the cruel villain Dina, who cuts the hands of the m an who touches his lover with a hammer, is called Pug. With more than 50 servants around him, it was questi ona ble whether Sunaina could push him out there…thick ticks were the minutes.  Similarly, the mountain peak wher e Sunaina takes Ritu with words of desire and puts her in a love prison is also a spectacular location. All the abov e scenes really make the experience of watching an English movie.

Writer Bhava Chelaturai, who helps Sunaina grow up, and Thirunang, who helps in Kerala, have done their roles perfectly. But both could not justify being arrested and tortured for Sunaina’s sake.Directed by Domin D’Silva, t his film is scripted in such a way that it is impossible to guess how the next scene will turn. Even though the film has a little bit of a twist, it has the potential to be like Ram Gopal Varma’s recent films, but the director manages to take it to the action track.

Bonus for the excellent cinematographer, who got to capture Sunaina and Ritu. Being the producer of this film, the music director Satish Nair has composed the songs in very good tunes. Even after the end of the film, Sid Sr iram’s song ‘Shuravali’ keeps ringing in the ears.Satish Nair is also intimidating in the background music. Regina – Sunaina took revenge..!
