The first death anniversary of then CDS (Late) Gen Bipin Rawat and 13 other brave hearts was observed in a solemn ceremony at the accident site
Commandant -Defence Services Staff College, Lt Gen Virendra Vats and officials from District administration paid homage to the late CDS as also felicitated the villagers, who were the first responders at the time of tragedy.
