Theweek-long Japanese food festival was kick-started from Saturday at the KooX, the Rooftop Asian Restaura nt of Novotel Hotel at Chamiers Road in Chennai.
The festival was inaugurated by the Japan’s Consul General in Chennai Taga Masayuki in the presence of Supreet Roy, General Manager of Novotel Hotel,
The menu has 18 special varieties foods like Kushiyaki, Yakitori, Ebi Tempura available at the festival.
The Japanese street food lovers can relish a unique gastronomical experience with authentic delicacies from the streets of Japan paired with the KooX special cocktails, said Supreet Roy, General Manager of Novotel Hotel, Ch ennai.
Hundreds of Chennai residents including residents are visiting the Japanese Food Festival organized every year, said the restaurant authorities.
