Short films based on social awareness themes have played a pivotal role in influencing society to a greater magn itude. Especially, when it comes from a team of versatile and promising talents, it is sure to make a greater imp act. Such is the curious case of a short film titled ‘War on Drugs’. The short film based on awareness against narcotic drugs was launched this morning by Vellore DIG of Police Dr. Z Anne Vijaya. IPS & Dr. KS. Balakrishnan, BVSc at Tirupattur Superintendent of police office.
‘War on Drugs’ has actor Aari Arjunan as a part of the star cast in this short film. The movie is written and direct ed by Mr. Kaga, a former associate director of filmmaker KV Anand and is produced by Mr. G Santhosh Kumar of RKG GROUP. The movie has a musical score by KP and cinematography by Aathithya Govindraj. The oth ers in the technical team are Tamil Arasan (Editor), V R Rajavel (Ar t), Thiyagarajan (Executive Producer), Wilfred Tho mas (Creative Crew), M J Raju (Sound Designer), Veera Ragavan (DI Colorist), Vasanth (Conformist), V Venug opal (Production Manager), Thi lakraj M (Production Controller), Vinoth Kumar (Co-Ordinator), Sathish (VFX), Sajid Ali (Subtitles), Yuvaraj (De sign). The short film is issued in the public interest by Tirupattur District Police & RKG Infotainment.
