Grandmaster D Gukesh, Std X of Velammal Vidyalaya, Mel Ayanambakkam has clinched the 2nd position and a cash award 500 Euros in Braganca Open with a score of 8 out of 9 points beating Anish Giri second GM Max Warmerdam held at Portugal recently.
Totally focused Grandmaster Gukesh has pumped up his live rating to 2603 crossing the 2600 mark with a gain of 25 ELO points at the age of 15 years and 2 months.
