Talking about the film to us, director Veerangan K said, “The story revolves around friendship, love, and treachery. What does the hero choose at the end is what Ganesapuram is all about.” When asked if the film is inspired by Sasikumar’s Subramaniyapuram or Ameer’s Paruthiveeran, Veerangan replied, “The story is set in similar milieus but Ganesapuram is a real-life incident that the hero of the film Chinna went through in his real life. When we discussed the story, it made for an interesting movie.” The director added that the story is set in the 90s. “Firstly, the script was a challenge because we needed to give it a unique treatment. Also, the film is set in the 90s. So we shot it in a village near Madurai that has a 90s outlook and we erected sets for the rest of the portions.” Produced by P Kasimayanthe film has Risha Haridas playing the female lead and Rajasai composing the tunes.

Chinna, Raj Priyan and Kaasimaayan are close friends who live in Ganesapuram. Stealing is their only job. Za mi ndhar Pasupathi Raj has several men like this trio under his control. During one panchayat, Chinna beats the Vill age president Kayal Perera.Following this Perera’s son Rajasimman plans to take revenge on Chinna and his fri ends. Menawhile, Chinna falls in love with Risha.This creates a rift between the friends who also stops ste aling for a while.
Did Rajasimman succeed in his revenge? Did Chinna and his friends reunite forms the rest of the story.Chinna suits the rule well, ‘Tiktok’ fame Raj Priyan has delivered a decent performance for his first film. Kaasimayan’s acting is also appreciable. The rest of the cast has also delivered what was expected from them. Director Vee rangan has delivered a movie with love, friendship and theft. Some of the scenes look cliched. The length of the movie could have been trimmed in the second half.Vasu’s camerawork in impressive. Raja Sai’s so ngs are im pressive and his BGM suits the story well.The movie portrays the village love between Amasai and Paechi.
The movie title is linked with the emotional background of the hero; it is said that Ganesapuram is a village in the Theni district where the hero is born.The director of this movie said that this movie depicts good and bad, and it doesn’t mean village-life is thoroughly engaging with clashes. The hero is done hard work to furnish his look and acting in the movie and to notice the brother of Chinna produced the film.Raja Sai is the music director in this fil m, and the music has come out well with duet songs especially. B Vasu is the director of photography. Raj Prem, a familiar face to ticktock users, had played a significant role in this film.Focusing on real events in our Tamil cin ema as well.
