Grandmaster R Praggnanandhaa, 10th standard student of Velammal Main School, Mogappair East, representi ng the Indian contingent played a vital role in India’s victory over a formidable Chinese team 4-2 in the FIDE Onl ine Chess Olympiad on Aug 26 and qualified for the quarterfinals. Teams from 167 countries are participating in this prestigious Olympiad. The School Management congratulates the extraordinary achievement of Pragga, the teenage sensation of chess in India.
