International Yoga Day celebrated in Dakshin Bharat Area
International Yoga Day was celebrated with zeal and participation in Headquarters Dakshin Bharat Area and its various formations in five southern states namely Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Kerala.

Owing to prevailing restrictions, Yoga was made to practise in all individual homes by Dakshin Bharat Area. All ranks and their families including children joined through a video link circulated online to them. Those staying in military barracks conducted Yoga outdoors with social distancing measures in place.
Enthusiasm was at peak as in confines of home, in privacy. Without having to step out all performed Yoga.
