India and Sri Lanka join hands for “Kaya al Vincent” and “Khadalikka Neramilli” starring TJ. Bhanu…*
The shooting of “Anthony”, a new film st arring T.J. Bhanu, who played the lead ro le in “Kayaal Vincent” and “Khadalikka Neramilli”, has begun in Sri Lanka with a pooja.
The film is being jointly produced by Os ai Films’ Kalai Valari Saha Iramana-Suk a, Vijay Balasingham Films’ Vijay Shanka r, Dream Line Productions’ Srisekandara aja and Kana Productions.
The film, which will be shot in various parts of Sri Lanka, is being jointly directed by two friends, Sukirthan Christuraja and Jenosan Rajeswar.
Along with Kayal Vincent and T.J Bhanu, the film stars Sri Lankan actors Sudarshan Ravindran and Soumi, and actors from Tamil Nadu like Aruldas.
The film is being shot by cinematographer Rishi Selvam, who won international awards for his film “Manal”, while Suresh A. Prasad, who edited the recently successful film “Sitta”, is working as the art director. The highlight of this film is that it is being made by a joint effort of Sri Lankan and Indian artists.
The film team also announced that the film is being made as a story of life on the coast of Eelam.
