Story -:
An ancient temple is demolished to mak e way for the construction of a new apar tment complex designed by architect Bh avana. Hours after the temple is demolis hed, Bhavana’s father dies in an acciden t. As a result, when Bhavana resumes he r work after a few months, some parano rmal incidents begin to occur around he r. When Bhavana tries to find out about the paranormal that is following her wit th the help of her friends, the people she meets die. What is the connection betw een their deaths and Bhavana? What is t he background of the paranormal that is following her? The rest of the story is ab out the film.

Movie Review -:
Although it starts as a typical horror sto rby, director Jaidev reduces the horror f eelings and moves the screenplay in an i interesting way, making it feel like readi ng a crime novel.
The expectation of who is the Ram that Bhavana is looking for, the twists and tu rns in that search journey, the mysteriou s deaths, and the suspense of what will b e the background to it, have made the a udience attached to the film. Director Ja aidev has given both horror and crime t hriller in the same film and made the fan s enjoy it in a different way.
Bhavana, who has made a re-entry into Tamil cinema after a long gap, has acted in a story where the heroine is importan nt. Although there is less horror in Bhav ana’s journey as she tries to unravel the knots of the mysterious incidents happe ning around her, the unexpected twists and turns keep the film moving in an int eresting way. It is a regular job for Gane sh Venkatraman, who plays the police of ficer. Along with them, Jayaprakash, Srir anjani, Nandakumar, Girish, Pandi Ravi,a nd Byri Vinu have done their job well.Ko daikanal looks beautiful in Gautham ji’s cinematography, and Bhavana has been portrayed very beautifully. Although the background music by composer Varun U nni is terrifying in some scenes, the exce ssive noise in many places tears the ear s.
It is special that Bhavana is being shown on screen in a way that is enjoyable afte r a long time. Starting as a horror film in the beginning, they have given an intere sting film that travels as a crime thriller i n the subsequent scenes. Although the e ntire film is bright and shows the quality of the film, the fact that it does not conv ey any fear to the audience in the horror scenes is a drawback. Although the title of the film is The Door, no explanation f or the title is given in the story.
