300 TRAINEES SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE BASIC PHASE TRAINING AT AIR FORCE STATION AVADI
300 trainees have successfully completed their 24 weeks basic phase training, having undergone rigorous schedule at Mechanical Transport Training Institute (MTTI). Ab-initio trainees who came from different parts of the country have undergone rigorous training at MTTI and will now undergo further specialization in their respective trades. To mark the culmination of their Basic Phase Training, a Valedictory Function was held today.

The event was conducted adhering to all COVID protocols. Air Commodore S Sivakumar, Air Officer commandi ng, Air Force Station Avadi presided over the ceremony as the Chief Guest and complimented the trainees for successfully completing Basic Phase Training. While addressing the ceremony, the Chief Guest emphasised that professionalism can only be attained through discipline and hard work which trainees have imbibed, further preparing them to face challenges in their career ahead.
Amongst the trainees, trophy for best in academics was awarded to Manohar Lal. Best in General Service Training trophy was awarded to Boyinin Saichandran Teja and best all rounder trophy was awarded to Prakash Chandra Sahoo.
