Story-;
Eagai Vendan (Kartikeyan Vinayagam) works as a police officer. He is accompanied by his older sister (Vinothini Vaidyanathan) uncle (Pandiyarajan) and an accident causes him to have a vision reversal problem. In this case, w hile fighting with the raiders and shooting, he accidentally shoots a woman and the woman dies. As a result, he is suspended from his job. One day while riding a bike, he rescues a woman who is fighting for her life on the side of the road and admits her to the hospital. He also inquires about the girl. High officials look at Egai Vendan and wa rn you that you are under suspension and have no authority to investigate. But when this girl comes to life, Igai V endan comes to say something, and that girl also dies. He suspects that there is something mysterious about the death.
It turns out that the dead woman is Ravi’s granddaughter. Eagai asks Vendan to personally find out who is respo nsible for his granddaughter’s death. Following this, another woman dies mysteriously. He discovers that this wo man was at a liquor bar where a friend of his works, and starts investigating the women who were with her. A cru el one then; (Vincent Asokan) It turns out that the woman was thrown from the car. Similarly, he learns that ano ther woman is about to be killed by the cruel person and tries to save that woman. Suspended and personally in volved in the investigation, Igai Vendan gets a lot of startling information related to VIPs. What is it? What is the cause of serial killing? A man who lost his eyesight in an accident, hides it and works in the police department. An innocent woman be comes a victim due to his poor eyesight and the hero is temporarily dismissed from his job. At the same time, the hero is desperate to overcome the guilt that a life has been lost. In that environment, even after saving a woman who was beaten on the road and admitting her to the hospital, it is not possible to save her. In addition to this gui lt, the hero tries to break the mystery of the dead woman lying on the road and get rid of his guilt. Did the hero fi nd the people behind the death of the young lady..? Is he freed from his guilt? The screenplay explains that.
Karthikeyan Vinayakam in the role of police officer Eagai Vendan has given his efforts to such an extent. He exce ls in fight scenes as he is an expert martial artist. The Villain in a Different Getup Starring Vincent Ashokan, Sub hiksha Krishnan, Shadows Ravi, Mansoor Alikhan, Pandiyarajan, Vinothini Vaidyanathan, Jeeva Ravi, Suresh Me non, Reshma Pasubuleti, Danger Money, K.S.G.Venkatesh, Kalaimamani Sridhar, Diya, Hasini Pavitra, Dharma, Ev eryone, including Vicky, has contributed to the story.The technicians have given their best to a very modest scre enplay. Editor Ram Sudarshan, in particular, struggles to add vivacity to the editing. The selected stories need a lively screenplay and visuals if they are to succeed.
Director Satish Geetha Kumar must pay extra attention to these two important aspects. All in all, let us believe that Suragan is an action crime thriller produced by V. Karthikeyan on behalf of Third Eye Cine Creations. A susp icious death. The mystery behind it, the hero who breaks the mystery and brings out the truth, took the most ord inary online story and made the movie “Suragan” in an even more ordinary way. Suragan moves slowly with non-innovative visuals and uninteresting screenplay.Along with the debutant Karthikeyan Vinayaka, Subiksha, Pandi yarajan, Vinothini, Mansoor Ali Khan, Shadows Ravi, Vincent Asogan, Reshma Pasubuletti, Jeeva Ravi, Suresh M enon are also in the cast.Hero Karthikeyan plays the role of visually impaired hero for Vinayaka.
No other scenes have the passion and body language in the fight scenes. He stifles different emotions like love, sadness, frustration and anger with the same facial expressions. The same heroine who dances to Subiksha as t he heroine.Jeeva Ravi keeps telling the hero not to interfere in this girl’s case. The reason behind that, or the di stance he went to in the investigation of the case, is not in the story. Pandiyarajan and Vinodini Vaidyanathan an d Nayak are used for sentimental scenes related to family.Mansoor Alikhan comes and goes in the role of Mam a miya as a typical comedy villain. Shadows Ravi comes as the grandfather of the dead woman in Rotoram and says that he will help Nayak to take revenge on those who killed his granddaughter.
Even the sense of revenge in his spoken verse is not present in his voice or action. In the climactic fight scene, bo th of them come to support the hero and fight.Why should a man practice hanging upside down? What kind of m edical background is there behind the doctors telling him that he will be cured only if he takes such training? The screenplay does not answer the questions. There are no scenes where Jeeva Ravi investigates the women being murdered. Mansoor Ali Khan, a mother-in-law who deals with women, is not fully portrayed as good in any way.
The relationship between the hero and the heroine, the butterfly coming and going in the video, the struggle to c apture the pen drive, the clues found in the investigation ring and the moves the hero makes with it, nothing is fu lly told in the story. Surakan tests our patience more than ever, with a lackluster screenplay and incomplete cha racters. In the end, it ends like a hero-villain movieDebutant director Satish Geetha Kumar is directing. The truth is that it didn’t go well either.
