Story-;
Although cinema is a commercial art no one expects every film made to have a message. But it is important to co nvey some thoughts to the audience through some cinema. The film ‘Certificate’ which instills such idealism, me ans that the laws of the village shown by the director of the film are more than those of the Arab countries. In pa rticular, the restriction that no one should watch TV serials after 6 pm., the restriction that only one cutting (half of a quarter) per person per day is allowed in the liquor shop. This certification team has succeeded in making pe ople long for it.
In other words, the villagers of Karurai in Dindigul district are living morally and harmoniously by making separa te laws for themselves. Knowing this excellence of Karurai village, the central government announces the best vi llage award, but the villagers refuse to buy the award. Due to this, the enraged minister tries to stigmatize the sa nctum sanctorum village. The efforts of the minister and the reason why the villagers refused to accept the awa rd, on the one hand, the great sacrifice of Vildi Sami after turning the village from a liberation village into a sanct um sanctorum and what he lost to build his dream village is the story of the film ‘Saandrithazh

When it was announced that the central government award for the best village would be given by the President to Karurai village in Otanchatram area of Dindigul district, the villagers said that the President should come her e and present the award to them, otherwise they will ignore the award. The minister who came to negotiate with them said without reason, ‘Are you against me? “Stay, I’ll take revenge on you” so that he doesn’t go out and pull any nails, his clothes are snatched for no reason, all the characters that were seen for no reason come into the st ory, the governor comes to the village and leaves the award that should be given by the president for no reason, the first half ends and the second half completely turns into a sanctum sanctorum village.
To explain that, this Saandrithazh film is made to include so many emotions to make the scalp of the audience fe el hot that so many things happen for no reason.If a village wants to become a model village and get the central government award with a Saandrithazh , 11 rules are necessary, says JVR, the director of the Saandrithazh film. They are One, set up two iron gates at the front and back gates of the village so that the insiders cannot go out a nd the outsiders cannot come in. Two, surveillance cameras should be installed all over the town. Three, school-going children must carry their school bags on foot. This will build them strength to bear the burden of life.
No one should watch TV serials after 4.6 o’clock. Five, the name Tasmac should be changed to Pasmark and only one cutting per day should be given to men.
